• I understand my payment is considered a donation to a fundraiser, charity or cause and is non refundable under any circumstances.

• By providing your contact info, you consent to being contacted by Vacation Fundraising & necessary third party affiliates of Vacation Fundraising in order to receive your complimentary voucher.

• You will receive your complimentary hotel voucher in the form of email/text within 24-48 hours after donation has been confirmed. Please confirm donation via text.

• We do not engage in the sale of hotel rooms, vacation packages, or hotel accommodations. Rather, your payment is exclusively directed towards supporting a fundraiser of your choosing and should strictly be treated as a gift to benefit a fundraiser in need. There are no refunds on donations since it’s a gift to benefit a good cause.

• I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for remitting the taxes associated with the complimentary hotel voucher I receive. I am fully aware that Vacation Fundraising and/or its affiliates are legally prohibited from assuming tax payment obligations on my behalf.

• The donor acknowledges and agrees that, by utilizing this platform, which is the exclusive property of Getaway Giveaway LLC, Vacation Fundraising and its affiliates, they are voluntarily waiving any rights to initiate disputes with their credit card companies, banks, or financial institutions regarding their donation. Given the nature of the transaction as a contribution to a fundraiser, charity, or cause, the donor understands that all donations are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Furthermore, the donor consents to providing their donation without any ensuing disputes, ensuring a seamless and undisrupted receipt of funds by the fundraiser. Additionally, any violation of these terms may be subject to legal action, and offenders may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By making a donation on this platform and/or participating in our program to receive a complimentary hotel voucher, the donor agrees to be bound by all the terms within this agreement as if It were a signed contract.

**Governing Law and Jurisdiction**: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
