- Vacation vouchers will be sent within 24-48 hours via text or email upon donation confirmation.
- To activate a vacation package, nightly taxes must be paid within seven days of receiving the vacation voucher
- If a voucher redelivery is needed, a $15.76 processing fee will apply.
